We coordinate deliveries across key Panama Canal areas, including berths and anchorages, based on the vessel’s position and coordination with your shipping agent.
We recommend submitting requisitions as early as possible to increase availability options and coordination time. Urgent requirements are reviewed case by case based on the vessel’s operational window and local availability.
We accept Excel, PDF, and readable files. To speed up review, it helps to include preferred brand, specifications, unit, quantity, and where applicable IMPA/ISSA codes and documentation requirements.
We do not make automatic substitutions. If an item has availability constraints, we propose alternatives aligned with the function and specifications for your review prior to dispatch.
Delivery can be coordinated at berth or anchorage, depending on operational conditions and the point defined by the vessel/agent. For anchorage deliveries, launch service is coordinated and quoted case by case.
Any discrepancy is best reported at the time of delivery (with details and supporting evidence where applicable) for review and reconciliation. Invoicing and payment terms are confirmed in the quotation/order, based on the setup agreed with the agent/shipping company/vessel.
